Phú Thọ province officials met with representatives from three communes to address obstacles hindering six Sun Group projects. These developments, primarily ecological urban areas, residential zones, and a cable car system, represent a combined investment of nearly 21 trillion VND. Several projects are experiencing delays in land acquisition, compensation, and boundary demarcation processes. For instance, the Đồi Thung ecological urban area, valued at over 5.3 trillion VND, faces slow progress in land clearance despite being eligible for land recovery since 2024. Similarly, other projects are navigating the complexities of agricultural land compensation and resettlement site development.

Resolving these land clearance issues is crucial for the timely completion of significant tourism and urban development projects in Phú Thọ, potentially boosting local economic growth and infrastructure.
