Minister announces $62 million for more classrooms across South Island

The government has allocated $62 million to enhance educational infrastructure on the South Island. This significant investment will fund the construction of an entirely new 18-classroom primary school in Lincoln. Additionally, the funding will support the expansion of Rolleston College and the addition of numerous classrooms in various other South Island locations.

This funding aims to address growing student populations and improve educational facilities for a substantial number of learners across the South Island.
