The operation, which involved digging a tunnel from a commercial establishment to the pipeline, allegedly diverted approximately 100,000 liters of fuel over a five-day period. Three individuals were arrested at the scene, with a fourth initially detained but later released due to insufficient evidence of involvement. The sophisticated method included drilling into the pipe, attaching a control valve, and using a high-pressure hose to transfer the stolen fuel.
