A serious traffic accident occurred today around 12:40 PM on the state road DC8 near the Maslenica Bridge, heading towards Zagreb. A motorcyclist tragically lost their life in the incident, as confirmed by the Zadar Police Department.
Authorities are currently conducting an investigation at the scene to determine the exact circumstances of the crash. The County State Attorney's Office in Zadar has been informed. Consequently, the section of the DC8 from Posedarje to the intersection with DC54 has been closed to all traffic since 1:20 PM, with detours in place.
