Kerala HC directs addition of father’s name in birth certificate of child who was born when parents were living together

The Kerala High Court has ordered the inclusion of a father's name on a child's birth certificate, even if the parents were living together at the time of the child's birth. The court exercised its extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue this directive.
