Manaus will host the 32nd Marcha para Jesus this Saturday, June 6th, with the theme "Clamor por Manaus, Amazonas e Brasil." The event begins with a gathering at Praça da Saudade at noon, followed by a procession starting at 3 PM towards the Sambódromo. Significant traffic changes are expected along the route, which includes major avenues like Epaminondas and Constantino Nery, with road closures planned from 3 PM to 8 PM. Bus lines serving the Praça da Saudade area will also be rerouted between noon and 4 PM. The celebration, organized by the Ordem dos Ministros Evangélicos do Amazonas (OMEAM), also commemorates the organization's 40th anniversary and will feature musical performances, prayer sessions, and international guests.
The event will cause temporary traffic disruptions in key areas of Manaus, requiring residents to plan their travel accordingly.
