A senior lawyer, Mohammad Shishir Monir, has claimed that the affected families do not wish for the Ad-Din Hospital to be shut down following the deaths of six newborns. He argued that the notice issued by the Directorate General of Health Services, questioning the hospital's license, is not legally sound, as the grounds for license cancellation are not met. The hospital has already taken disciplinary actions against responsible personnel and has committed to providing lifetime support and compensation to the victims' families.
