Три месеци скопјани чии домови се загреваат на парно, ќе плаќаат пониски сметки. Првата сметка што е дел од редовното годишно порамнување веќе пристигна до потрошувачите, а ова ќе се повтори и во наредните два месеца кога ќе им бидат испорачани фактури со речиси преполовен износ за парно. The company AD ESM explained that the heating season was extended due to weather conditions, but milder temperatures in certain periods led to overestimation in advance payments. Consequently, the final bills are adjusted, with the calculated difference being divided into three equal installments for May, June, and July.
