Apele Române anunţă sâmbătă seara că, în urma precipitaţiilor cu intensitate ridicată înregistrate în bazinele hidrografice amonte ale acumulării Măneciu pe râul Teleajen, unde valorile au depăşit 60 l/mp, debitul afluent a crescut rapid, ajungând la aproximativ 250 mc/s astfel că la acumularea Măneciu, evacuarea apei se realizează controlat, iar la acumularea Paltinu, unde debitele afluente sunt în creştere, au fost dispuse măsuri preventive de exploatare, prin evacuarea con
Heavy rainfall in the upstream basins of the Măneciu reservoir has led to a significant increase in water levels on the Teleajen River. The inflow rate has surged to approximately 250 cubic meters per second, prompting controlled water discharge from the Măneciu dam. Preventive measures are also being implemented at the Paltinu reservoir, which is experiencing rising influent flows. Operators are releasing about 15 cubic meters per second through a mid-depth intake to manage the situation.
These actions are crucial to prevent potential flooding and ensure the structural integrity of the dams in the face of extreme weather events.
