Israeli airstrikes in the Gaza Strip resulted in the deaths of at least ten individuals on Saturday, according to rescue teams and medical sources. In Gaza City, a drone strike at the Jawazat displacement camp killed eight people and injured fifteen, while another strike in the southeastern part of the city claimed a ninth life. The Israeli military stated it targeted "terrorists" in the area and identified one of the deceased, Muhannad Othman Farwana, as a Hamas "terrorist cell commander" killed in a precision strike. Farwana was reportedly preparing for his wedding on the same day.
The ongoing conflict and its civilian toll remain a critical point of international concern and humanitarian crisis.
