In April alone, approximately 385,000 plug-in vehicles were registered across the continent, with purely electric models (BEVs) accounting for 262,000 of these. This surge represents a 35% year-over-year increase for plug-in vehicles, contributing to an overall positive trend in the European automotive market, which grew by 7% in the same month.
