The largest portion of these offerings includes 150 residential plots of 2.5 hectares each, situated approximately 5km outside Grootfontein, selling for N$650,000 apiece. The company is also selling an additional 114 properties estimated at N$106 million, raising questions about land allocation and development commitments.
The sale of these plots raises concerns about speculative land practices and whether developers are fulfilling original land use agreements, potentially hindering efforts to address the country's housing shortages.
