Ψηφιακή Κάρτα Εργασίας: 2,7 εκατ. περισσότερες υπερωρίες το 2025 και κάλυψη νέων κλάδων
Αύξηση δηλωμένων υπερωριών και ενίσχυση των εσόδων του ασφαλιστικού συστήματος καταγράφει το υπουργείο Εργασίας και Κοινωνικής Ασφάλισης, αποδίδοντας τα θετικά αποτελέσματα στην εφαρμογή της Ψηφιακής Κάρτας Εργασίας . Greece's Ministry of Labour and Social Security reports a significant increase in declared overtime and additional work hours, attributing the rise to the successful implementation and expansion of the Digital Labour Card.
This digital system, alongside new regulations for calculating insurance contributions on overtime, night shifts, and holiday work, has led to a 39% surge in earnings from overtime and extra work, and a 29% increase in related insurance contributions for the period March-December 2025 compared to the previous year. The ministry highlights that these measures encourage greater compliance and more accurate reporting of actual working hours, while also combating undeclared and underreported labor.
The expansion of the Digital Labour Card and revised contribution calculations are enhancing transparency in the labor market, boosting social security revenues, and ensuring fairer compensation for workers.
