Bačić kaže da uvodi red u kampove: Mobilne kućice miče s obale, stižu stroga pravila
MINISTARSTVO prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine priprema Pravilnik o jednostavnim građevinama koji će, među ostalim, regulirati i status mobilnih kućica i do kraja lipnja trebao bi u javno savjetovanje, potvrdio je za Hinu resorni ministar Branko Bačić.
The Ministry of Physical Planning, Construction, and State Property is preparing a new regulation concerning simple structures. This regulation will address the status of mobile homes, aiming to bring order to their placement and use. Minister Branko Bačić confirmed that the draft will be open for public consultation by the end of June. The intention is to move mobile homes away from coastal areas and implement stricter rules for their deployment.
This initiative aims to regulate the often unregulated use of mobile homes, particularly in sensitive coastal zones, and establish clearer legal frameworks for their placement.
