An immersive exhibition celebrating the works of Gustav Klimt and Antoni Gaudí is set to open in Rio de Janeiro on Wednesday, June 10th. The "Klimt and Gaudí: The Impossible Exists" exhibition will feature large-scale projections and installations designed to transport visitors to the worlds of the Austrian painter and the Catalan architect. The Rio opening coincides with the 100th anniversary of Gaudí's death, making the event particularly symbolic. The exhibition, which has already attracted over 5 million visitors globally, will be housed in a 1,500-square-meter pavilion in Barra da Tijuca. Visitors can expect to see recreations of iconic elements from Gaudí's architecture, such as the Sagrada Família and Casa Batlló, alongside Klimt's famous paintings like "The Kiss."
The exhibition offers a unique cultural experience by merging the distinct artistic visions of Klimt and Gaudí, coinciding with a significant centenary for the architect.
