Česko podle ministerstva financí vyhrálo arbitráž s francouzskou společností JCDecaux a nemusí tak platit údajnou škodu zhruba 550 milionů korun. Firma žalovala stát kvůli ukončení smlouvy o pronájmu reklamních ploch mezi pražským dopravním podnikem (DPP) a svou dceřinou firmou Rencar.
The Czech Republic has reportedly won a significant arbitration case against the French company JCDecaux, according to the Ministry of Finance. This ruling means the state will not have to pay an alleged damages claim of approximately 550 million Czech crowns. The dispute arose from the termination of a contract concerning advertising space rental between the Prague Public Transit Company and JCDecaux's subsidiary, Rencar.
This outcome avoids a substantial financial payout for the Czech state and resolves a long-standing commercial dispute.
