Φωτιά τώρα στην Φθιώτιδα
Φωτιά ξέσπασε στην Αγία Τριάδα Μώλου Φθιώτιδας το μεσημέρι της Κυριακής (7/6) και σήμανε συναγερμός στην Πυροσβεστική. Για την κατάσβεση κινητοποιήθηκαν 26 πυροσβέστες με μία ομάδα πεζοπόρου της 4ης ΕΜΟΔΕ, δέκα οχήματα και δύο αεροσκάφη. A fire broke out in the Agia Triada area of Molo, Fthiotida, on Sunday afternoon, prompting a significant response from the Fire Service. Twenty-six firefighters, supported by a specialized hiking team, ten vehicles, and two aircraft, were dispatched to combat the blaze. Local water tanker trucks are also assisting in the firefighting efforts.
The fire is burning in an agricultural area near a residential zone. While the flames are in close proximity to homes, authorities have confirmed that no residences are currently under threat.
The incident highlights the ongoing risk of wildfires in agricultural areas, especially during warmer months, and the rapid mobilization required to protect communities.
