পঞ্চগড়ে পুকুরে গোসল করতে নেমে দুই ছাত্রের মৃত্যু

In Panchagarh, two madrasa students drowned in a pond while bathing on Sunday afternoon. The deceased, identified as 14-year-old Abdur Rahim and 16-year-old Rajib Hossain, were students at the Dashomile Nurani Madrasa. They reportedly went to the pond after madrasa hours and submerged due to their inability to swim. Local residents rescued their bodies from the water. In a separate incident in Lalmonirhat, two brothers, 14-year-old Shawon and 15-year-old Sabbir, went missing while bathing in the Dharla River. A joint rescue operation by the fire service and Border Guard Bangladesh is underway to find them.

The tragic drowning incidents highlight the dangers of water bodies and the importance of water safety awareness and swimming education for children.
