IPOH: Pengecualian caj parkir di semua tempat letak kereta bawah Majlis Bandaraya Ipoh (MBI) serta tiket bot percuma di Taman Rekreasi Gunung Lang, ialah antara 'hadiah' menarik sempena Sambutan Ulang Tahun Bandar Raya Ipoh yang ke-38. Ipoh City Council (MBI) is celebrating its 38th anniversary with several attractive offers for residents. From June 19th, parking fees will be waived across all MBI-managed lots for three days. Additionally, free boat tickets will be available at Gunung Lang Recreational Park from June 22nd to 24th. Traffic compound fines will also be reduced by 50% for a month, starting June 18th. The council is also offering free access to MBI Sports Complex facilities for three days from June 19th. A grand launch event is scheduled for June 18th at the Ipoh Convention Centre, followed by a series of activities including a cheap sales carnival, religious talks, and pop-up markets.
These initiatives aim to engage the community and provide tangible benefits to citizens as part of the city's anniversary celebration.
