Symptoms vary widely, encompassing skin issues like rashes and swelling, respiratory problems such as wheezing and sneezing, and gastrointestinal distress like vomiting and diarrhea. In infants, signs might include excessive crying or eye-rubbing. While there's no cure, the primary management strategy is strict avoidance of trigger foods and potentially similar items within the same food group.
