Dik Bahadur Khatri (Kumar) has been elected as the new president of the Nepal Association of Foreign Employment Agencies. Khatri secured a victory along with his entire panel, defeating his closest rivals. His win was supported by a coalition including the Progressive Foreign Employment Entrepreneurs Forum Nepal, aligned with CPN-UML, the Republican Forum of Foreign Employment Entrepreneurs, associated with CPN (Maoist Centre), and some entrepreneurs linked to the Nepali Congress.

This election is significant as it determines the leadership that will represent and advocate for the interests of foreign employment agencies in Nepal.
