Suzano is experiencing a significant boost in development, particularly in the residential sector, driven by new road infrastructure projects. The extension of Avenida Roberto Simonsen, recently completed, aims to improve traffic flow and connect the region more effectively with the capital. This, along with the Alto Tietê Rodoanel Viaduct Complex, is creating a new development axis. These improvements are already attracting investment, with a large residential project, Sou Special Place, being constructed at the beginning of the extended avenue. The project includes 248 apartments and a commercial gallery, contributing an estimated R$60 million to the local economy.
