Senior Supreme Court Justice Sapana Pradhan Malla has resumed her judicial duties following a hiatus of approximately three weeks. She had been on leave since the day Justice Dr. Manoj Kumar Sharma was appointed as the Chief Justice of Nepal. Upon her return this Monday, the court assigned her to hear cases in both single and joint benches. She is scheduled to preside over a single bench and subsequently collaborate with Justice Meghraj Pokharel in a joint session to address pending legal matters.

The return of the senior-most justice is significant for the court's operational capacity and the continuity of judicial proceedings following the recent leadership transition.
