Under the banner of its corporate responsibility campaign, the company highlighted significant achievements in waste management and ecological education. Through a long-standing partnership with the AKTI Project and Research Centre, the retailer has facilitated over 100 coastal and seabed clean-ups, resulting in the removal of nearly 18 tonnes of waste. Furthermore, the company continues to invest in youth education, with thousands of students participating in circular economy and food waste reduction programs. Beyond community engagement, Lidl Cyprus has transitioned its facilities to rely entirely on green electricity.
