Kaduna State Governor, Uba Sani, says the government alone cannot shoulder the responsibility of educating children, stressing the need for stronger collaboration among stakeholders to advance the sector. NAN reported on Monday that Sani stated this while inaugurating a facility established by the Christian Academy Management in Ungwan Bulus, Sabon Tasha, Kaduna, at the weekend. Represented by the Commissioner for Justice and Attorney General of Kaduna State, Dr James Kanyip, the governor said meaningful progress in education could only be achieved through partnerships involving government, communities, faith-based organisations and private institutions. “The task of educating our children cannot be left to government alone. “Meaningful progress requires collaboration among government, communities, faith-based organisations and private institutions. “This is why we greatly value initiatives such as this one,” he said. The governor reiterated his administration’s readiness to partner with individuals and organisations committed to educational advancement, noting that investing in young minds remained one of the surest ways to guarantee lasting peace, prosperity and development. He described the newly inaugurated facility as a symbol of hope, opportunity and transformation, saying it reflected a collective commitment to strengthening society through education. According to him, education remains one of the most powerful tools for personal growth, human capital development and societal progress.
