Siddipet police on Tuesday, June 8, launched an online employment portal aimed at connecting job seekers with recruiters and providing year-round employment opportunities to youth across the district.

The portal, named Siddipet Police Udyoga Mitra, was launched by Siddipet Commissioner of Police Rashmi Perumal in collaboration with Applywizz following the success of the Siddipet Police Udyoga Mitra Mega Job Mela 2026 held in April.

The employment portal can be accessed through Siddipet Police Udyoga Mitra⁠.

Speaking at the launch, the Commissioner said the platform would serve as a bridge between job seekers and companies looking to recruit candidates. She said the initiative was designed to provide suitable employment opportunities to both skilled and unskilled candidates based on their qualifications and experience.

The portal also allows companies to register and manage their recruitment requirements by accessing candidate profiles and applications.

Police officials said the initiative was conceived after the success of the Mega Job Mela organised by Siddipet Police on April 25 at the Siddipet Police Convention Centre. The event witnessed participation from 65 companies from the IT, pharmaceutical, technical, sales and services sectors.

More than 2,000 youth attended the job fair, and 624 candidates were selected for various positions after interviews. Appointment letters were handed over to the selected candidates by the Commissioner of Police.

The police urged unemployed youth to make use of the digital platform to explore employment opportunities throughout the year.
