Tirupati District Collector S. Venkateswar inspecting the arrangements for the Chief Minister’s visit at Damineedu village in Tirupati Rural mandal on Monday.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu will attend a National Democratic Alliance (NDA) public meeting at Damineedu village in Tirupati Rural mandal on Tuesday.

According to the schedule, the Chief Minister will arrive at the Renigunta International Airport at 10.40 a.m. and proceed to the meeting venue near the Mahindra showroom in Damineedu by 11 a.m. After visiting exhibition stalls, he will address the gathering and return to the airport by 1.30 p.m.

District Collector S. Venkateswar, who reviewed the arrangements at the venue along with Superintendent of Police L. Subbarayudu and Joint Collector Govinda Rao, said all preparations for the Chief Minister’s visit had been completed.

Among those present during the inspection were Chandragiri MLA Pulivarthi Nani, Tirupati MLA Arani Srinivasulu, TTD Board member Panabaka Lakshmi, SAAP Chairman Ravi Naidu, Greening and Beautification Corporation Chairperson M. Sugunamma and Yadava Corporation Chairman Narasimha Yadav.

The Collector directed officials assigned to various duties to discharge their responsibilities diligently and ensure foolproof security arrangements. He stressed the need for adequate drinking water, sanitation, power supply and medical facilities at the venue.

He also reviewed emergency response measures, security protocols, traffic regulation plans and other infrastructure arrangements to ensure that the public does not face inconvenience during the Chief Minister’s visit.
