Під час візиту до Києва європейська комісарка з питань розширення Марта Кос спільно з віцепрем’єр-міністром з відновлення України - міністром розвитку громад та територій України Олексієм Кулебою відвідали район Лук’янівки у Києві, що став одним з епіцентрів масованих атак РФ.
