The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has brought charges against a traditional healer and his spouse in connection with an alleged billion-naira fraud scheme. According to the EFCC's investigation, the accused pair allegedly misappropriated funds and subsequently invested the proceeds into real estate acquisitions. The couple is said to have purchased two properties located in Ado-Ekiti, the capital of Ekiti State, using the allegedly fraudulent proceeds.
