While leadership selection was achieved through consensus in most areas, two districts required formal voting processes to finalize their committees. In Jajarkot, the selection process was marked by significant internal disputes and disorder before a new leadership team was eventually established. Meanwhile, the party organization in Surkhet remains incomplete, as the committee is still missing several key office bearers beyond the district chairperson. These developments highlight the ongoing efforts of the party to formalize its grassroots structure across the region.
